Embassy Legalization is the final step in the document authentication process. Once a document has been processed through the Secretary of State and the US Department (or any other required agencies or offices ( i.e .Department of Justice or National US Arab Chamber of Commerce) it is ready for submission to the identified embassy/consulate.
Every country has their own requirements, fee structure and processing timeframe. SharpLink Services is versed in each countries protocol for the submission of documents, see a list of countries that require apostille services or authentication services. For those countries that hold to jurisdictional requirements (Embassy/Consulates around the US are responsible for documents from specific states) SharpLink Services maintains affiliate office throughout the country, which enables us to seamlessly move our client’s documents through the legalization process within and outside Washington, DC. SharpLink Services has a traveling notary which comes to the customer’s place of convenience.
